Welcome to BOUQUETX ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://bouquetx.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

BOUQUETX provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Ireland, to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

All prices are in EUR.
Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
Payments are processed securely. BOUQUETX does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions apply only for verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charges (full refund). Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT share, resell, or redistribute credentials; broadcast or re-stream content; circumvent access controls; use automated tools; or violate any applicable law in Ireland.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application.

7. Service Availability

BOUQUETX strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice or refund. You may cancel by contacting [email protected].

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

BOUQUETX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
