Step 4: Restart and Watch

Troubleshooting Tips

Try closing IBO Player completely and reopening it. If channels still do not load, check your internet connection and ensure you have at least 16 Mbps. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Buffering is usually caused by an unstable internet connection. Try connecting your device via ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. Ensure no other devices are consuming heavy bandwidth. If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router or use a 5GHz network.

On some devices, you may need to sideload IBO Player. For Fire TV Stick, enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in settings, then use the Downloader app to install IBO Player. Contact our support team for the direct download link.
